Academic and Career Advising

Academic Advising

Our academic advisors assist current students with various academic needs and resources. Whether you're looking for help with exploring majors, declaring a major, or program planning, we're here to help.

Additionally, we can assist in the process of applying external credits, as a transfer or by examination (AP/CLEP/DSST).

Career Advising

Our career advisors assist students and alumni in exploring career options, developing resumes and cover letters, conducting job and internship searches, perfecting interview skills and navigating the graduate school process.

Career Advising also maintains JobWISE, a job board for students, alumni, and regional employers.

Career Advising

Local, regional, and national companies and organizations wish to recruit you for various openings. These range from part-time positions for pay while you are in school, summer jobs, internships related to your field of study, and career opportunities for graduates.

Employers can post a job or internship through the employers portal. Job and internship seekers can sign-in through the student or alumni portals, or browse listings without signing in.
