Professional Development
At Keene State College, each employee’s professional development is a shared responsibility between the employee, his or her supervisor(s), and the institution. We know that in an ever-changing world, no one can consider their professional growth and development ever complete.

On-Campus Training and Education
The Office of Human Resources is pleased to provide education and training for faculty and staff including campus-wide compliance topics such as Title IX; interpersonal skills like communication; or supervisory skills for managers, deans, and directors.
Additional training is developed and delivered by other departments across campus including IT, Health and Safety, the Finance Office, the Title IX Office, and Campus Safety. Many of these programs are highly specialized areas of knowledge needed for the work that we do.

KSCEA and KSCAA faculty are also encouraged to review the KSCEA collective bargaining agreement and the KSCAA contract to understand what additional resources might be available.
