Tuition Payment Plan
Keene State partners with Nelnet/FACTS to allow students and families to break their bill down into monthly payments. The enrollment fee is $60 per semester Everyone is qualified to use the payment plan service, and once you’re enrolled, payments will be deducted monthly from an account of your choosing .
The College does not share information regarding your student account with Nelnet/FACTS. If any changes are made to your student account, it is the student’s or family’s responsibility to contact Nelnet/FACTS to make any plan adjustments.
Enrolling in the Payment Plan
The payment plan is set up for each semester separately. Log in to https://mycollegepaymentplan.com/ksc/ and create an account.
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf, you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer. If you have more than one person paying on your behalf you must set both parties up as an authorized payer. (please note that while the authorized payer that you have set up on quikPAY can be the same person you must set that person up as a payer on Both QuikPAY and the payment plan)
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must set up their account first and then add you as an Authorized Payer.
The College reserves the right to cancel your payment plan; especially for late or non-payment. The remaining balance of cancelled plans is transferred back to the student’s account and becomes immediately due in full to the College.
- Fall Semester - Monthly payments will be deducted from your account of choice July 15- November 15
- Spring Semester - Monthly payments will be deducted from your account of choice December 15- April 15
- Summer Semester - Monthly payments will be deducted from your account of choice April 15- June 15
