Tuition Payment Plan
Keene State partners with a company called Tuition Management Systems (TMS) to allow students and families to break their bill down into monthly payments. The enrollment fee is $60 per semester, or $75 for the academic year. Everyone is qualified to use the TMS service, and once you’re enrolled, payments are made directly to TMS.
The College does not share information regarding your student account with TMS. If any changes are made to your student account, it is the student’s or family’s responsibility to contact TMS and adjust the plan.
Enrolling in the Payment Plan
You may find that TMS says that your account is paid in full, but the College still shows a balance. It may be that additional charges may have been applied to your account that were not part of the amount you budgeted with TMS when the plan was set up.
Plan payments must be made by the first of each month, and plans must be kept current.
The College reserves the right to cancel your payment plan; especially for late or non-payment. The remaining balance of cancelled plans is transferred back to the student’s account and becomes immediately due in full to the College.
- Fall Semester – Monthly payments are due June 1 through October 1.
- Spring Semester – Monthly payments are due November 1 through March 1.
- Summer Semester – Monthly payments are due April 1 through June 1.
