Activate your KSC Username and Email
Important! You will receive an email with a subject line “Have you set up your Keene State email yet?” in your personal email account. It will provide you with your username, your email address and direct you to MyAccount where you will:
- Activate your account
- Create a password
- Enroll in MFA
To activate your account: (a computer is recommended over a mobile device)
- Browse to MyAccount
- Enter your username. You will find this in the email you received
- Click Next
- Click on the “Forgot my password” link and follow the prompts. (Your password must be a minimum of 14 characters).
- Continue to follow the prompts to Set-Up Password Recovery and Multifactor Authentication (MFP).
You should now have your username, password and your KSC email address! You will use this username and password to access the technology you will use at Keene State.
Set up Microsoft Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
Microsoft MFA is required to access much of the technology you will use at Keene State. To do this:
- On your phone, download the free Microsoft Authenticator app.
- From a computer, visit myaccount.microsoft.com and click UPDATE INFO.
- Follow the prompts to add an authentication method using the app, text, or phone call.
