Students Living On Campus can put empty ink cartridges in the ink cartridge recycling boxes in every campus laundry room.

Students Living Off Campus can bring their used ink cartridges to Staples. Check their website for more information.

Ink Cartridges and Toners from Campus Printers

Almost all of the toner cartridges Keene State uses for the MFPs are recyclable through the free program at Xerox. Go to their website, enter the part number of your toner, and print a pre-paid shipping label. Tape up the box, attach the shipping label and add it to your outgoing mail.

Offices and/or individual departments can opt to ship multiple toners (and waste toners) in a single box.  Xerox and Konica Minolta will ship you a box with a prepaid shipping label already attached. Fill the box with toners and ship when full. Dell will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Fill a box (that you provide) with a few Dell toners/waste toners, attach this label and send it out with your outgoing mail.
