Drop-off Deadlines

USPS: 4:00 p.m.

All United States Postal mail including First Class, Certified Mail, Standard Post, Library Rate, International Mail (air mail), Priority Mail, Priority Express Mail, Priority Mail International and Priority Express Mail International are picked up at the end of the day. High volume items must be brought over earlier in the day. Please contact Mail Services to make arrangements.

Bulk mailings for the Post Office which includes Presort Standard and Presort First Class are brought over to the Post Office at 8:00am. This mail has to be presented to a Postal Mail Clerk with the appropriate paper work.

Federal Express — 3:15 p.m.

High volume items must be brought over earlier in the day. Please contact Mail Services to make arrangements.

United Parcel Service (UPS) — 1:30 p.m.

High-volume items must be dropped off earlier in the day. Please contact Mail Services to make arrangements.
