Campus Mail for Students, Faculty and Staff
Student Postal Mail Boxes
All students which live on campus are assigned a campus mailbox. These boxes are called Mail Stops. The mail stop numbers are a 4 digit number and start with a 5, 6, or 7. These mail stop boxes are located in Mail Services on the 2nd floor of the Student Center. All student mail/packages are sent to their mail stop and not to the student’s residence.
Faculty and Staff Mail Boxes/Mail Stops
All faculty and staff are also assigned a mail stop number for their department. The mail stop numbers are also a 4 digit number and should not be confused with their phone numbers.
Students, faculty and staff can correspond to each other through campus mail free of charge. There is no postage required for mail or packages exchanged to on-campus locations.
When addressing mail from an on-campus location to on-campus students, faculty and staff, please use proper first and last names and their proper mail stop number. Check the directories for up-to-date mailstops.

Just place your correspondence in the Campus Mail slot at the Mail Services window on the second floor to the Student Center or place items in your department mail bag.
When addressing mail from an off-campus location, please us the format below for all on campus persons.

Please use the following format when ordering items on line when there is not a place for the mail stop number after the zip code:

Memos and flyers to faculty and staff are delivered daily. Distributions to all student mailboxes are $15 and must be scheduled in advance. Only KSC affiliated organizations are allowed to put flyers in student mailboxes. Please call Mail Services to schedule a distribution.
Route deliveries are once a day throughout campus to the departments. Faculty and staff can put inter-office mail, student mail, Redball Express, outgoing mail and via University of New Hampshire truck mail in their mailbags. Packages more than 20 pounds will be delivered by the Central Receiving department. If you have an item to be picked up that is 20 pounds more more, please call Central Receiving to make arrangements for pickup/delivery.
