How do I make an online payment?

Simply click on the payment option (e-check or credit card), enter the appropriate account and amount information on the screen, and submit the payment. QuikPAY will send you an e-mail notification stating that your payment request was received, and will include a payment confirmation number. Remember to submit your payments a few days prior to the published payment deadline.

Does pending financial aid appear on QuikPAY?

  • Yes, pending financial aid appears on QuikPAY. However, state, private, and government grants are not part of the total pending aid displayed. Examples of government grants are Vocational Rehabilitation and Veterans’ benefit (including the Post 9/11 GI Bill).
  • The Student Accounts Office must have written notice of intent to pay from the granting agency before amount of grants(s) can be considered for payment against the balance; however, until the actual payment is received and posted, it will be reflected on the student billing account.

How do I remove an authorized payer?

Students can remove the “authorized payer” status at their discretion. By doing so, the previously authorized individual will no longer have access to the student’s QuikPAY account.

What about when I leave school/am no longer a student?

When a student is no longer a matriculated KSC student, QuikPAY access is automatically canceled for both that student and all authorized payers.

What about security?

When a student makes a payment via QuikPAY, the information is transmitted using the industry-standard for encryption, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
