Billing & Payment

Tuition, fees, board, and room charges for each semester must be paid in advance. Keene State College bills electronically, posting electronic billing statements to QuikPAY, a web-based service that that provides view, print, and payment options. The student is the only person who can see his/her bill, unless that student gives someone else (e.g., a parent) access as an authorized payer.

Billing

The Student Accounts Office posts the initial billing statement for each semester to QuikPAY approximately 30 days before the bill is due (July for the fall semester; November for the spring semester). Additional billing statements are posted to QuikPAY periodically during the billing cycle. Students are notified whenever a new statement is posted via their MyKSC e-mail.

Payments

Keene State offers several convenient options for paying your bill:

Billing Cycle

  • Semester charges for tuition, fees, room, and board must be paid in advance.
  • Semester Payment Deadlines:
    • Fall - Second Friday in August
    • Spring - Third Friday in December
    • Summer - Last Friday in April

Financial Responsibility

By enrolling in classes at Keene State College, students agree to pay all expenses they incur as a result of their relationship with KSC, regardless if they are billed through their KSC billing account directly or via some other means.

Deregistration

Deregistration occurs when satisfactory payment arrangements have not been made on the billing account.

Hold Policy

Students who have unmet financial obligations (including account balances, parking fines, etc.) will have a hold placed on their account which could prevent registration, schedule adjustments, payment of housing deposits, and the release of transcripts.
