Students interested in joining the dance team for the 2024-2025 academic year, can visit the Dance Team’s OwlNet page for more information, https://keene.presence.io/organization/keene-state-college-dance-team to find out more information about the team.

The Keene State College Dance Team is a student run and funded organization led by a Captain, Co-Captain, Manager and Secretary to ensure the team is successful during their season. This past January the dance team traveled to Orlando, FL to compete at the UDA college competition where they competed in the open division for both hip hop and gameday. The dance team began solely as a hip hop team and has sprouted since and now competes in the gameday division as well. The team hired Franco Paraiso (UNLV Dance Team coach) and Grace Nowack (Alumni UNLV member and current NHL Cheerleader for the Vegas Golden Knights) to choreograph both routines for them to make the team as successful as they could be. At the competition, the Dance Team placed 10th in the hip hop division and made it to finals for gameday ending with a 6th place placement. This was only the Dance Team’s second year competing in the gameday division and are so proud to have brought home a trophy.
