Colleague Information System Account
Colleague Information System Accounts are issued to KSC employees upon request. The account is to be used only by the staff, faculty, or student worker to whom the account is assigned, and only to perform administrative or advising duties as related to the employee’s position at KSC.
As with all network users, people using Colleague Information System Accounts are accountable to the Computer & Network Use Policy.
In order for a KSC employee or student worker to get an account, the supervisor of the applicant must complete the application.
- All Applicants must have a Colleague DID
- All Applicants must have a NetID and keene.edu email address
- All Applicants for a Colleague Account must complete Colleague101/102 training sessions before their account can be activated.
- All Applicants for a Colleague WebI Viewer Account must have completed Colleague 101/102 training sessions prior to Colleague WebI Viewer Training.
