Keene State Alumni Reunion Weekend is just days away and campus is ready to welcome its alumni owls back. To have a smooth arrival, below is a list of information to ensure you get on campus, find the check-in, and have a great time throughout the weekend:
Parking Pass: download and print out your parking pass before you come on campus, and place it on your dashboard when you arrive.
Check-In: When you arrive on campus, your first stop should be check-in at the Student Center, in the West Dining area. There you will find Alumni staff and volunteers to welcome you to Reunion and give you your name tag, list of events, and some Keene State goodies.
Dining: There are multiple events at which food is being served, but if you would like to eat in the Zorn Dining Commons to relive your college dining experience, meals can be purchase for the followin: Breakfast (M-F) $6.90, Brunch (S,S) $9.25, Lunch (M-F)$9.25 and Dinner $13.90.
On-Campus Housing: For those that have registered to stay on campus, after you check in at the Student Center, please go to Monadnock Hall to check in to your room. Each room will have prepared beds with a blanket and pillow. A towel and washcloth will also be provided. There will be two RA’s on duty throughout the weekend, as well as RD’s overseeing the coverage if you have an emergency. Don’t forget to bring your flip flops for the shower!
KSC Alumni Association Annual Meeting: If you’d like to hear from President Treadwell ’90 about developments at Keene State College, please go to the Mountain View Room in the Student Center at 11 to hear from her and KSCAA President Scott Kuhnly.
Parade of Classes: It is a long-standing Alumni Reunion Weekend to have alumni participate in a Parade of Classes. Alumni will walk down Appian Way with members of their graduating class into the Student Center. Please be at Rhodes Hall at 11:45 to start lining up for the parade. The parade will begin promptly at 12:00, led by alumnus Mark Polifrone who will be playing the bagpipes.
SAC, Alternative Break and Greek affinity group gatherings: Our partners from these organizations have changed their plans. If you planned to go to one or more of these meet-ups, please come to the Night Owl Café (2nd floor of the Student Center) between 5:30 and 7:00 to reconnect with fellow alums who shared these experiences.
Fall Scenic Bike Ride: We regret that we need to cancel this event for this year. The ride leader has just been diagnosed with a torn retina in one eye and cannot ride a bicycle for some time, as a result. We apologize for this cancellation. Dave Westover ‘72 will once again lead the group on a hike up one of the region’s most famous attractions. Snacks, and water provided. All age levels welcome. Meet at the Alumni Center at 7:30 am, there will be a van to drive everyone to and from campus. If you want to meet at the trail, we will be leaving from the “Old Toll Road Trailhead.”
8:00-10:00 a.m. LGBTQ+ Alumni Affinity Gathering, Young Student Center
After you grab your coffee and pastry downstairs, come up to the Office of Multicultural Student Support and Success (2nd floor, Student Center) for a chance to connect with other LGBTQ+ alumni, and updates on initiatives, services, and programming for current and future LGBTQ+ students.
8:30-9:30 Class of ‘58 Meeting,
Classmates will reconnect, the meeting will be followed by a meet and greet with the recipients of the Class of ‘58 scholarship.
8:30-11:00 a.m. Scenic Fall Bike Ride
This event has been cancelled. Unfortunately, this event has been cancelled due to a health issue to the ride leader. Check back next year when we can try it again!
9:00-11:00 a.m. Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Each year Keene State hosts The Walk to End Alzheimer’s. This year, with Alumna Norma Walker ‘51, we are including the walk as our community service event during reunion… Alzheimer’s disease is relentless. So are we. Join our Alumni Team or, if you can’t join us for the walk, please consider sponsoring a student at $10 to help us reach our goal- We hope to engage 100 students and raise over $1000!

Celebrate our Artist Alums at the Owl Artists Fly Home exhibit and reception! With artists from ’68 to ’18, we’re showcasing some of our artists who have left the nest. Throughout Saturday of Reunion Weekend, stop in to view the exhibit in Centennial Hall. Later in the afternoon, come and join a reception to celebrate their work and reflect on their influences from their time spent at Keene State.

Enjoy a delicious lunch while celebrating some of Keene State’s finest alumni.
2:00-4:00 p.m. Tailgate Tent at the Men’s Soccer game- Owl Athletic Complex
Liberty Mutual is sponsoring KSC Athletics and KSC Alumni at the Tailgate Tent, while we cheer on our Men’s Soccer team as they face one of our fiercest competitors from Eastern Connecticut. Come meet and reminisce with fellow alums.
2:30-4:00 p.m.: See, Explore, and Make Art at the Thorne: Thorne-Sagendorph Art Gallery
Join Thorne-Sagendorph Art Gallery director, Brian Wallace, along with student educators for an informal session designed specifically for alumni! A private tour of current exhibitions – including photographs by Andy Warhol and paintings and drawings by artists with close ties to the region – will be followed by a hands-on activity that will result in artwork for every participant to take home.

Relive life on the Quad while enjoying a scoop of ice cream.
2:30 p.m. SAC Activities
The Student Activities Council is hosting games on the Quad! Students currently participating in SAC will lead participants in interactive games and activities on the Quad.
2:30-3:30 p.m. KSC Leaders Today with Alumni Panelists- Putnam Science Center Room 101
Join a panel of distinguished Keene State College alumni for a discussion on leadership and career pathways. Hear from panelists on their leadership experiences while at KSC and how it has shaped who they are today. The event is a great opportunity for KSC students and new graduates to network and connect with distinguished alumni. Following the panel discussion, there will be a Q&A and an opportunity for students to mingle with the panelists.

On-Campus Housing Residents will be able to park in the Madison, Holloway, and TDS lots
Alumni Reunion participants can park in the Madison- Holloway Lot, the Student Center Commuter lot, as well as the Science Center lot. Print off a parking pass and put it on your dashboard while parking in Keene State lots during the weekend.
A block of rooms has been reserved with a set rate until August 1st Friday: $149.99 Saturday: $178.99 Including a breakfast. This does not include a 9% hotel tax
