  • 6:30-7:15 a.m., TRX Strength with Chris
  • 12:15-1 p.m., Indoor Cycling with Sarah

Wednesday

  • 6:30-7:15 a.m., Indoor Cycling with Laura
  • 12:15-1 p.m., Butts Guts and More with Sarah
  • 4:45-5:45 p.m., Yoga with Lindsay
  • 5:30-6:30 p.m., Hydrorobics (pool) with Jeanne

Thursday

  • 12:15-1 p.m., Indoor Cycling with Chris
