Summer Group Fitness Classes

Summer group fitness classes began on Monday, May 6. The schedule can be viewed on our web page or by stopping by the Rec Center front desk to pick up a schedule.

  • MWF 6:30-7:15 a.m. Indoor Cycling
  • T/TH 6:30-7:15 a.m. Weight room strength training class
  • M/W/TH 12:15-1 p.m. Indoor Cycling
  • T/F 12:15-1 p.m. Butts, guts and more
  • M/W 4:45-5:45 p.m. Yoga
  • T 4:45-5:30 p.m. Indoor Cycling
  • M/W 5:30-6:30 p.m. Hydrorobics Class
