Group Fitness Classes – Revised Schedule

The group fitness program is open to all full-time KSC students, Recreation Center members and Walking Track/Group Fitness members.  For more information about membership eligibility, please stop by the front desk of the Recreation Center or visit the Membership web page.  The class schedule has been revised as the Thursday morning yoga class will be Intermediate Yoga, 8:00-9:30am for the remainder of the semester.
