Fall Rec Sports Class Schedule

The Keene State Recreation Center announces our fall schedule of group fitness classes starting on Monday, August 27.

Classes include Zumba, Strength training, Hydrorobics, Core strength, Indoor cycling, Kickboxing, and Yoga. We are very happy to be able to offer seven different yoga classes this fall, including one on Tuesdays 1:15-1:45 called Express Yoga that we hope will fit into a lunchtime break for many campus employees. We will also have a Core strengthening class on Monday and Wednesday at that same 1:15-1:45 time slot.
