Tech Tip of the Week: Students and media equipment

It’s that time of year when students will be presenting projects and the need for media equipment will increase dramatically. Did you know that if you teach in a classroom that will require additional media equipment to satisfy this need, you can request what you need through the IT Group HelpDesk? Simply complete the media equipment request form at: http://www.keene.edu/it/helpdesk/equipreqform.cfm.

Did you also know that if students need to borrow media equipment, they can? All they need to do is submit a request to borrow equipment and they will be taken to a page that will ask for a faculty signature. They just need to print this page and bring it to you for your signature. Once we have the faculty signature, students are ready to go and can pick up their requests without any problems. Let them know this in advance to avoid any last minute delays!
