KSC Welcomes Alumni Home

KEENE, N.H. 9/10/01 - Keene State College welcomes alumni back to campus on Homecoming Weekend, Sept. 21-23. Highlights will include an evening of jazz music, the Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame induction, soccer and baseball games, and student organization reunions.

Friday, Sept. 21

4 p.m. Alumni registration begins, Young Student Center.

5 p.m. Student spirit rally, with barbecue and music. Alumni may pay at the door. Young Student Center lawn.

7 p.m. Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame induction and dinner. Inducted will be Arthur Giovannangeli Jr. ‘66, basketball, golf, high school coach; David Terry ‘72, men’s basketball; Scott Hatch ‘89, cross country/track; Tina Gonyea ‘90, women’s basketball; 1981 men’s soccer team. Saturday, Sept. 22

10 a.m. Softball vs. alumni, Owl Stadium.

11 a.m. Men’s soccer freshmen vs. alumni, South Practice Field.

11 a.m.-1 p.m. Student organization reunions. Locations to be announced.

Noon - 5 p.m. Carnival on the Quad: The Wacky Olympics.

1 p.m. Men’s soccer vs. Western Conn. State University. Owl Stadium Complex. (Athletic Hall of Fame inductees introduced before the game.)

2 p.m. Field hockey vs. Plymouth State College. Owl Stadium.

Sunday, Sept. 23

9 a.m. Baseball vs. alumni. Owl Stadium Complex.

Noon Softball vs. New England College. Owl Stadium.
