There are many reasons to love teaching here at Keene State College. For Becky Brown, the small class size makes a big difference. "I like teaching at KSC primarily because of its small size,” she says. “Smaller classes mean more personal interaction between students and faculty and between faculty within and among schools. It’s good to recognize and acknowledge the staff, who make the college run smoothly and look beautiful, too."

Becky says some of her most affirming moments come when students tell her that her class is their favorite or they like the way she teaches. But truly, she says, "I’d most like students to fan the flames of their curiosity about their world and to develop the skills for lifelong learning."
