Colleague Recognition

The Staff Recognition Committee is passing Oscar the Golden Owl on to Melinda Treadwell. Melinda has arrived back at KSC with energy, excitement and respect for all in the KSC community. Despite the challenges that face her she has shown an unwavering optimism for our future. Her calm demeanor, wide smile, accessibility and honest dialogue give us confidence that we are in good hands. Welcome Home, Melinda!

The Staff Recognition Committee would like to thank Sarah McGregor for facilitating the most awesome campuswide eclipse viewing experience. Sarah brought out our solar telescope, provided viewing glasses, expert commentary, lemonade, cookies and even sun spots! People gathered from every corner of campus to pause, take in the wonder and rediscover science. Thank you Sarah!
