The editors of Natural Bridge: A Journal of Contemporary Literature nominated Interim Associate Dean of Arts and Humanities and Professor of English Kirsti Sandy’s story “Man on the Floor” for a 2017 Pushcart Prize.

Brian Quigley, Counseling Center, presented October 28 at the Mental Health Matters Conference in Burlington, VT on “The Compassionate Campus: Developing plans to increase empathy and compassion on campus.” Brian also presented November 4 at the annual meeting of the New England College Health Association (NECHA) on “The Loneliness Epidemic: The impact of technology on the relationships and emotional well-being of young adults.”
