The HelpDesk passed on the Golden Owl to Mike Nieckoski in CELT on Friday, June 3rd. We decided to pass the Golden Owl to Mike Nieckoski because in order for us to provide successful support to faculty, staff and students, we rely heavily on our colleagues, and Mike provides the HelpDesk staff and students with amazing support, training and information regarding Canvas and the other services that CELT provides. Mike is always just a friendly phone call away and we so appreciate being able to reach out and feel confident that we’ll have assistance from him when we need it! We are lucky to have him as part of our larger support team and couldn’t do what we do without his help!
