Updated Group Fitness Class Offerings

The following fitness classes are being offered through Rec Sports for July and August.

  • Mondays: 6:30 a.m. Indoor cycling, 5:30 p.m. Hydrorobics
  • Tuesdays: 6:30 a.m. TRX Strength, 12:15 p.m. Indoor cycling
  • Wednesdays: 6:30 a.m. Indoor cycling, 12:15 Butts, Guts and More, 5:30 p.m. Hydrorobics
  • Thursdays: 12:15 p.m. Indoor Cycling

For many of our members, going to an indoor cycling class for the first time can be very intimidating. During the summer, the classes are much smaller so it may be the perfect time to give it a try when you will have more guidance from the instructor. If you are interested in having an opportunity to try indoor cycling but are hesitant about coming to that first class, please contact Chris Miles (358-2697) and arrange for a one-on-one session to orient yourself to the bike and to class format.
