Welcome to the new Campus News!

You’ll notice that the Campus News email and the Campus News pages look a little different this week. Sure, it’s a snazzy new design, but that’s not all!

Campus News still includes everything you love about Campus News — news of your colleagues’ professional activities, images from around campus, milestones for KSC, videos, media highlights, etc.

Here’s some of what makes it even better and more usable:

• New formats for both the email and the site itself should be easier to read from mobile devices.

• The Campus News site will now also be updated more frequently, as new stories come to our attention, so you can check the Campus News page any time for updated stories. Dates appear on each story, so you’ll know whether it’s new information or old news.

• Not interested in checking a website every day? That’s fine; you’ll still get an email with all the new stories, every two weeks.

• If you have news to share, there are no more deadlines! We can’t promise that anything we receive more than 24 hours before the email goes out will make it into the email, but it will appear on the Campus News site.

• Events are updated direct from the campus calendar – if you’ve placed it there, you don’t need to remember to send it to Campus News.

• Contact information now appears on every Campus News page: no more trying to remember who to send your news to.
