Strategic Planning Update

From the Strategic Planning Council:

Members of the Strategic Planning Council and the College’s Cabinet gathered for a retreat on Wednesday and Thursday, March 25 and 26. Each of the Emerging Themes was reviewed and discussed to look at consistency across all themes and to clarify language and intent. Keeling and Associates brought the themes back to a meeting of the Strategic Planning Council to review the themes once again. From that review, the first version of the Strategic Plan was developed.

President Huot has announced the members of the Implementation Planning Group and has issued the charge that becomes the foundation of the group’s work. The IPG will now divide into groups and begin to discuss each theme from the perspective of implementation.

The Strategic Planning website will be adjusted to accommodate the documents that will be generated during the Implementation phase. A link to the site will be shared with the community as soon as it is ready.
