Recreation Center “Open House” for KSC Faculty & Staff

When? October 20-31, 2014
How? Come to the Rec Center front desk and sign up for a special pass.

Participants are welcome to use the weight room, cardio equipment, swim during Rec Sports pool time or take a group fitness class!

(Spouses/partners of KSC faculty and staff may also sign up for the Open House and work out in the facility.)

The BodyWorks fitness center staff will offer equipment use instruction to help start your workout program.
