Owl Card Access Project Update

The yearlong KSC OWL Card Access Phase 1 Project is winding down. All KSC Residential Life buildings have had the new contactless card system installed, tested and fully deployed. At last count, over 3,000 new cards had been issued to KSC residential students and campus faculty and staff. This was no easy task as the team of Francis Brush, Colin Burdick, Jim Carley, Rebecca Hunt, Joel Huntley, Diane LeBlanc, George Quinn, and Susan Way worked tirelessly to make this all happen by fall 2014 start-up. Hats off to these dedicated people for their good work on this important project.

Phase II, installing the new system on most academic buildings, is slated to occur next summer. Details will follow as we move forward with this next phase.
