Tech Tip of the Week: Cached Exchange Mode

From the IT Group:

Microsoft recommends cached Exchange mode for best performance in Outlook 2010. Check to see if you’re getting the most out of Outlook!

To do so, click the following:

File » Accounts » Account Settings » Change » See if “Use Cached Exchange Mode” is checked off » If it’s not, check it » Click Next » Finish » Close out of Outlook and reopen

Good news for Mac users: Outlook 2011 is already running in Cached Exchange Mode, so no need to check any settings.
