Tech Tip of the Week: Don’t forget to let folks know you are away

From the IT Group:

With summer upon us and vacation schedules planned, don’t forget to let folks know you are away by using your Outlook Out-of-Office Automatic Replies.

In Office 365 Outlook, simply go to File → Automatic Replies (Out-of-Office) and click the button for “send automatic replies.” Select the timeframe you plan to be away and create a reply everyone will receive when they email you.Now they will know you are not in and will be happy to wait until you return.

Don’t forget to set a temporary voicemail greeting as well. Your bases will be well covered and you can relax and enjoy your time away.
