Greetings! As we head into our final weeks of the academic year, here are some things to keep on your radar.
Fulbright Roundtable
An impressive number of Fulbright Alumni can be found right here on our own campus. Might this be an achievement in your future? OSPR will be organizing a “Faculty Fulbright Roundtable” on Monday, May 19th 2:00—3:30 (Huntress 004). This will be an opportunity for anyone interested in applying to the Fulbright Scholar program this summer to talk with colleagues who are Fulbright alumni about their experiences and to ask questions about the application process.
Grant Writing Resources
As you head into summer, we want to make sure you have the resources you might need to make the most of that time. There is an array of helpful information on the OSPR website for those considering writing a grant. If you visit our Proposal Writing Guides tab, you will find tips and tools such as:
- Funding opportunity search databases
- Tips on building relationships with program officers to pave your way
- Agency-specific tips (ACLS, NEH, NIH, NSF)
- If you are looking for a resource that you don’t see, just ask. We just might have what you need.
House Call Days
