KSC Salons Kick Off

On Sunday, April 13, over twenty students met to participate in the first KSC Salon. This informal discussion group watched the documentary, The Other Side of Immigration, followed by a conversation on the barriers and solutions to the current US immigration issues. We are excited to announce that the theme for next year’s KSC Salons will be “Comparative Healthcare Systems.” This will include discussions about so-called Obamacare alongside discussions of other countries including Canada, Cuba and Sweden. We are also hoping to extend the conversation to include political candidates and healthcare professionals. Stay tuned for more information!
