Beverly J. Ferrucci, Professor of Mathematics, presented “Improving Students’ Conceptual Understanding of Mathematics Through the Use of Interactive Smart Boards” at the 19th Asian International Mathematics Conference at the Indian Institute of Technology (the self-proclaimed MIT of India) in Mumbai, India. The presentation discussed Dr. Ferrucci’s latest research on interactive whiteboards and their impact on the teaching and learning of mathematics at all levels. Researchers from more than 50 countries were in attendance.
