Rec Center Open House

From Recreational Sports:

A Recreation Center “Open House” for KSC employees will be held September 23 – October 6, 2013.

Just come to the Rec Center front desk and sign up for a special pass to work out in the facility for this two week period.

Participants are welcome to use the weight room, cardio equipment, swim during Rec Sports pool time or take a group fitness class! Spouses/partners of KSC faculty and staff may sign up to work out during the Open House as well.

The BodyWorks fitness center staff will offer equipment use instruction to help start your workout program.
