Parking Updates

SNOW EVENTS & WINTER BREAK PARKING REMINDERS:
Campus Safety and Grounds are once again coordinating efforts to assure safe & efficient plowing procedures this winter.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Our Grounds staff works hard to keep the ‘snow dump’ areas in parking lots controlled. A few spots within each lot may be temporarily taken for these purposes. All dump sites are cleared as soon as possible.
- If you need any assistance with snow removal, please contact the Parking Office or Grounds. We are here to help!

IMPORTANT PARKING REMINDER:
Parking permits are required 24-7. The only exception is weekends from 4 p.m. Friday until midnight on Sunday. Owls Nest & Pondsides require permits even on weekends.

HISTORICAL SOCIETY SPACES:
The Historical Society requests that we remind our faculty and staff to please discontinue parking in their clearly marked spaces. This includes those those who have Historical Society memberships but use the parking spaces to come to work. Those parking stickers are for when you are visiting the museum ONLY! Let’s be good to our neighbor and follow this request. They will be towing vehicles, so please make sure to park in the KSC spaces near the back of the lot (w/ yellow lines).
