How do I know what programs or activities need to be reported?
The Keene State College Travel Site provides specific information on the criteria that define student travel. Here are some examples:
- programs that are more than a five-mile radius from campus
- trips funded by the college or sponsored by a student organization
- off-campus events organized by a college department, class, office, study away program, faculty member, student organization, or representative of the college

Plan ahead.
All off-campus programs that meet the travel criteria need to be reported to the college in advance. Depending on the nature of the program, anywhere from 5 days to 21 days notice will be required. Give yourself plenty of time to plan ahead.
