Professional Activities

Margaret Walsh, Sociology, presented research at a session on “Gray Panthers: Age and Youth in Action Together.” at the Society for the Study of Social Problems Meetings in Denver, CO in August. The paper explores in the education and early life of local activist Doris “Granny D” Haddock drawing on her speeches, memoir, and advice from archives at the Mason Library.
