It's Rec Sports Membership Time!

All 2011-12 facility memberships (not including summer memberships) end as of August 31, 2012. Renewal of memberships or sign-ups for new memberships will take place beginning the week of August 27, and I would like to highlight a few changes we are introducing.

KSC employees (and CE students) who wish to join the Recreation Center will need to have a KSC Owl Card (or the current KSC ID card) to show when signing up for their membership and then will use the Owl Card/ID Card as their means of accessing the Recreation Center this year. Other eligible individuals (i.e., alumni, spouses/partners) who are not able to obtain an Owl Card will continue to receive membership cards to use for their access to the facility.

If you utilize the Wellness Connection benefit through the College’s Harvard Pilgrim insurance to cover your membership fee, please include your Harvard Pilgrim Health Care ID# on the membership application, under “payment method”. The full year membership fee is $480 for Keene State employees and $240 for employees’ spouse/partner if the employee pays the full year fee. KSC employees who do not wish to use the Wellness Connection benefit may transfer the benefit to their spouse/partner as long as that person is on the employee’s health insurance through the College.

Please pick up the membership application and Par-Q health form on your next visit to the Recreation Center.
