TDS Update

Painters have been throwing the final coats on the walls and exposed ductwork while cleaners follow.

The sidewalks on the north side are complete, so we shouldn’t anticipate any more traffic disruptions.

Doors are installed, both interior and exterior, and they are working on getting locks installed. Fire alarm, sprinkler, and life safety systems will pass inspection by the end of this week in order to obtain an occupancy permit.

The parking lot has the base coat of asphalt down and will wait a few weeks before final coat and painting. Curbs for the parking lot were set last week as site work pushes on.

Most of the lights are installed inside the buildings and ceiling tiles are going in. The Ideation lab casework is being installed after most of the countertops have been set in place.
