From the PrintSmart team:

A huge thank-you goes out to the campus community for their help and cooperation in implementing Phase 1 of the PrintSmart initiative. Purchasing (Renee Harlow) met with over 70 offices and departments, and IT (Allen Morrison) and Conway Office Products installed 50 new Xerox multifunction printers on campus in six weeks.

The new printers benefit the College in several important ways: they improve the overall quality of our printed work; they save money on printing, copying, and energy use; and they support our on-going commitment to efficiency and sustainability.

The PrintSmart team worked hard to understand each office’s needs, and campus staff and faculty worked hard to adapt to the new situation. Thank you to everyone.
