TDS Update

Brick installation is scheduled to begin early next week as the masons are setting up on the west end. Installation of the stairs from the Stair 3 link to the main roof has begun.

Continuing exterior work includes air barrier installation and sealing the spandrel window panes in the curtain wall frames.

Interior work picks up this week with sheetrock being hung in the second floor offices, and insulation being installed between the studs for acoustical purposes. Acoustical spray has been applied to the SPDI lab ceiling as preparations are made to get the woodshop ceiling sprayed. Electricians are installing panels and are almost finished wiring the second floor. Plumbers have been installing utilities in the woodshop annex, as well as connecting refrigeration lines to the air conditioning units.

Door and window frames are going into the architecture studio while the steel columns are prepped to receive the pivoting doors.
