Glutes, Core, and Stretch Starts Wednesday

How’s your posture? Are you sitting all day?

Check out this new addition to our group fitness class schedule for the spring semester: Glutes, Core, and Stretch. Our instructor, Sarah, has formulated a series of exercises that will work to increase hip mobility and core strength to help you improve your posture! This class will end with static stretches to increase flexibility!

Class meets Monday and Wednesday from 1:15 to 1:45. The first class will be on Wednesday, January 18. Come dressed to exercise. This class, like all our group fitness classes, is available to all Rec Center members and Walking track/aerobics members.
