Group Fitness Classes Offered

With a new semester comes a new, exciting schedule of group fitness classes to check out. Class offerings include: Hydrorobics, Circuit Training, Muscle Blast, Kickboxing, Zumba-style dance, Indoor cycling, Hip Hop, Yoga-Pilates and Yoga.

Our schedule can be found online at All classes began on Monday, August 29 with a few exceptions noted below. Due to a great demand, I am adding more Yoga to our weekly schedule, so please note the following offerings:

  • Monday at 4:15 p.m. Yoga-Pilates
  • Tuesday at 6:30 a.m. Yoga (start date Sept. 13)
  • Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. Yoga-Pilates
  • Thursday at 6:30 a.m. Yoga (start date Sept. 15) and 5:15 p.m.
  • Friday at 1:30 p.m. Yoga (start date Sept. 9)

Our classes are open to all who have full Rec Center memberships or a semester-long Walking Track/Aerobics membership.
