Prof. Roland L. Higgins, East Asian History, co-chaired the April 9 Spring Colloquium of the New England Regional World History Association, of which he is current Vice President. The meeting was held at the World History Center at Salem State College, Salem, Massachusetts, which serves as the new headquarters for the NERWHA. See www.NERWHA.org for more information.
