Professional Activities

Michael Antonucci, Assistant Professor American Studies Program and English Department, received a Summer Fellowship at the Leslie Center for the Humanities at Dartmouth College. During the fellowship he will work on a project, “A Way up South…”(Black Lives, Slavery and the Making of Vermont),” that brings attention to the conditions and dialogue surrounding enslaved Africans in interior New England during the 18th Century.

Dr. Paul Vincent, Professor of Holocaust and Genocide Studies and History, presented at the 125th Annual Meeting of the American Historical Association. The topic of Dr. Vincent’s presentation was “The Voyage of the St. Louis Revisited.”
