Blackboard Grade Center Support

CELT has heard the request for some more support for the Grade Center, and we’d like to provide some opportunities for our faculty to learn about how the Grade Center functions and receive some one on one support. To start this process CELT will be providing some open office hours on Monday afternoon to meet the rising need for Grade Center support. Feel free to stop by if you have a question or a problem with the new Grade Center and we will help you in any way we can.

We understand that these hours may not be ideal for many of our faculty, so please know that we’re working hard to find other times during the week when we can offer similar open office hour sessions for Blackboard support. Additionally, please do not hesitate to e-mail blackboard@keene.edu if you have any problems or questions, or if you would like to set up an appointment with one of our support team.
