Barbara Ware (Spanish) presented a paper, “La centralidad del cuerpo de Eva Perón en la literatura nacional” at the March VIII Congreso Internacional de Literatura Hispánica in Punta Arenas, Costa Rica. She was a member of the panel, “Fronteras e identidad nacional argentinas.” This presentation was an extension of her work that examines a Jungian archetypal interpretation of the transformative female figure in Latin American literature.

Robert Baker (Continuing Education) was recognized by the N.H. Department of Education for his work in developing a contemporary N.H. Driver Education Risk Prevention Curriculum Guide. Awards were presented to the curriculum development committee at the annual meeting of the N.H. Driver Education Teacher Association, at which the new Curriculum Guide was rolled out to driver educators from across the State.
