Open Enrollment 2009: October 27, 2008 – November 7, 2008

From Karyn Kaminsky, Human Resources: Important Open Enrollment dates to remember:
• Enrollment Packets will be mailed to employees’ home address beginning 10/20/2008.
• Effective 10/27/2008, employees can log onto http://www.myusnhbenefits.net and select “Open Enrollment.”
• You do not need to do anything if you are making NO changes to your current benefit package and DO NOT want to enroll in an FSA for 2009; your current benefit selections will continue for 2009.
• If you are making changes to your benefits (Medical/Dental/Life/LTD), enrolling in a Flexible Spending Account for 2009, enrolling a dependent, or updating and/or listing beneficiaries for the first time, you will need to log onto http://www.myusnhbenefits.net to make these changes or updates during the scheduled dates of 10/27/08 – 11/7/08.

If you need help with your on-line enrollment, the Human Resources Staff will be available at the Continuing Education Computer Lab, located in Rhodes Hall on the following dates:
Monday, October 27 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday, October 28 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Friday, October 31 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Tuesday, November 4 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday, November 6 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Friday, November 7 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 1 p. m. – 3 p.m.
