KSC Saddened by Student Death

On Wednesday morning, Feb. 20, on campuswide voicemail, President Yarosewick told the community of the death of student Erin Tresp:

This is President Yarosewick, calling with sad news about a student member of the Keene State College community.

Erin Tresp, a junior psychology major from Sheffield, Massachusetts, living on Adams Street, died suddenly this morning. She was taken to the Cheshire Medical Center where the emergency room staff said she appeared to have died from cardiac arrest.

All of us are deeply saddened by Erins death; the community has lost an important member. As soon as we know details about services for Erin, we will make them available in the atrium of the Student Center.

I encourage anyone affected by Erins death to contact the Counseling Center for support.
