Michelle Obama to Appear at KSC Rally Wednesday
Michelle Obama, wife of presidential candidate Barack Obama, will be on campus on Wed., Oct. 8, for a “Change We Need” rally on the lawn in front of the Student Center. The event opens at 10:30 a.m.; the program will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The rally is free and open to the public. Free tickets will be available from the KSC Democrats in the Student Center atrium until 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Tickets are not required, but are strongly encouraged. The event is sponsored by the Cheshire County Democrats.

For security reasons, all bikes must be moved from the Appian Way racks in the Student Center area. Secure bikes elsewhere to insure that you will have access during the event. Please limit personal items and do not bring bags. No signs or banners allowed.
Public parking is not available on campus. Downtown street parking is available. Carpool or take the City Express Campus Community Shuttle. The City Express Trolley and Bus Unit #5 stop at Riverside Plaza (Shaw’s/Walmart) to pick up the City Express Campus Community Shuttle riders.
ADA parking for vehicles with state-issued placards and license plates is available on campus. For specific questions about handicap parking on KSC’s campus, please call Deb Williams at 358-2227.
