Poet/Storyteller Howard Schwartz Will Visit Oct. 5-6

Howard Schwartz, professor of English at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, will visit KSC to participate in a presentation and to read from his work on Wed.-Thurs., Oct. 5-6.

On Wednesday, Dr. Schwartz will present “Tales of the Jewish Mystics,” a discussion and performance of Jewish folktales, at 7 p.m. in the Mountain View Room of the Student Center. On Thursday at 4 p.m., Dr. Schwartz will participate in a panel discussion on “Dreams, Inspiration, and Writing.” He will read from his poetry at 7 p.m. the same day, also in the Mountain View Room.
